We're so proud of Grace (and her friend), who were the only two (out of a class of only three!) girls to perform their dance during this morning's ballet recital! She performed so well in a situation that could have been very intimidating... look at how cute those two little sunflower girls are on that big stage:
Grace has been in a ballet class through the county Department of Recreation and has been looking forward to the recital for a long time now. The biggest reason for her excitement was that the girls were instructed to wear their recital costumes with blue eyeshadow, red lipstick, blush....and no undies under the leotard:)

and Poppy, Mom Mom, and Aunt April were there, too!

Wow she did a great job and had such good stage presence! We all did dance for years and we loved it!! Those dance videos are priceless =)
How BEAUTIFUL she looked!!! I could cry for not being able to see her perform. She danced like a real pro!!
Just beautiful Grace! Our daughter, Nicki, started dancing at your age and now owns a large dance studio in San Jose.
Make sure you let me know when she begins her UK tour...
